Prepare a Closeout Checklist
for individual modifications to identify elements which are
affected by the modification that needs updating. The items
indentified on this checklist will become the basis of the
deliverables for our service. We will then prepare a detailed
Cost Estimate (CTR) to record the expendable man-hours
for each deliverable and issue it for your approval.

Comprehensively examine
construction workpacks for completeness post commissioning and
identify drawings which require As-Building.

Update the client’s
Maintenance Management Systems to ensure critical plant is
maintained in both a safe and good operational condition in
order to limit operational downtime on production sensitive
plant and ensure safety systems are not compromised. Newly
added and decommissioned equipment will be identified. Job
Plans and Plant Maintenance Routines are set up as
per client procedures.

Review construction workpacks
and drawings to identify changes to the Cable Register
and Process Line Lists so that these documents are up
to date to allow future design and modification work to be
executed.

Facilitate changes to the
master Operating Procedure Manual of each site to
capture any changes after a modification. Any changes will be
Proofread and sent for review and approval of offshore
personnel and Technical Authorities and then transmitted to
the client’s Data Management System.

Facilitate changes to the
Safety Case / COMAH Documents of each site to capture
any changes after a modification. Any changes will be
Proofread and sent for review and approval of offshore
personnel and Technical Authorities and then transmitted to
the client’s Data Management System.

Facilitate changes to the
Performance Standards & Verification Schemes to ensure
that the client will comply with independent audit &
verification of their assets in accordance with PFEER and
Design & Construction Regulations to ensure major hazard
controls are in place and properly managed to reduce the
potential for major accidents.

Notify Weight Change data
to the client’s Structural Team to ensure that all weight
changes to offshore assets are properly controlled so that
there is no impairment to the structural integrity of the
assets resulting from unacceptable weight being present. A
weight may be deemed unacceptable as a result of its
magnitude, centre of gravity, distribution and its combination
with other applied loads.

Ensure completion of
Technical Queries, Design Change Variations, Punchlists,
etc. Identify all Vendor Data Catalogues and
Datasheets from project purchases and transmit these to
the client's Document Control Centre.

Provide experienced personnel to
write, quality check, review, proof read, develop and issue
Professional Reports and Completion Dossiers for the
verification of Auditors and Independent Competent Persons.
